Jerry Carbo, Employment Law Attorney

Jerry Carbo is an attorney specializing in employment law. Mr. Carbo maintains his own law firm and has been teaching courses in human resources, management and employment law since 2001. He has extensive HR experience in the private sector and is a PhD candidate in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He holds a JD from Penn State University, an MA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

Dr. Christopher J. Collins is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Dr. Collins' research interests include strategic human resource management, firm innovation and knowledge creation, employee recruitment, and employment brand equity. His research has been accepted for publication in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human ResourceManagement Review, and Human Performance.

Ron Krupa is the Director of Benefits Management. In this role, he is responsible for the plan design, compliance and communications of Gevity's health and welfare benefits plan. Mr. Krupa has more than 17 years of benefits consulting and administration experience. Prior to joining Gevity, he was employed by a prestigious consulting firm, where he was involved in personal communications, learning and development, and health and welfare administration. Mr. Krupa has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and Fellowship designations from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

David Minor, Entrepreneur, Chairman and Founder of The Landscape Partners

David Minor was the founder and CEO of Minor's Landscape Services, an Inc. 500 award-winning company that he sold in 1998. He is currently the William M. Dickey Entrepreneur in Residence at Texas Christian University and Director of the Neeley Entrepreneurship Center at TCU. Mr. Minor was recognized as the landscape industry's Professional of the Year and has been named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 10 entrepreneurship center directors in the country.
