Human Performance Strategies, LLC was founded in 2000 by Larry Fehd, who recognized that CEOs and other senior executives needed practical, effective and innovative solutions to perform at their best and inspire the best from their people. Fehd knew that igniting and sustaining the highest potential of people involved a process of invitation as opposed to force, coercion or imposition. He further knew that understanding the "what to do" was fundamental and that there were plenty of books, magazine articles and pundits offering advice and opinions on leadership, team and organization effectiveness. However, the "how to do" presented a very different set of challenges for CEOs and other senior executives. This "how to do" became the gap that HPS fills in working with senior executives, teams and organizations. This "how to do" propelled HPS' rapid growth and unique value proposition as acknowledged and affirmed by HPS clientele.
